Worry is based on fear, now let’s think about it…

Fear is existential necessity. Fear has it’s place in our lives, that’s important to keep in mind. What is not needed is that it consumes us, yet that happens to very many people. One of the methods that helps us to keep it under control is a big-picture understanding or in other words a meta perspective on life.

Our monkey mind is always active telling us stories. Don’t allow it to be negative and to tell you what should be done. You are in charge of your life. What we should aim for is to be in a state of flow and presence. That will allow us to see that it all works out well at the end or your would be dead.

Methods that help us stay in the moment are well known. Meditation, writing, walks in nature and other things that helps us to calm down and be at peace. It’s specially important that we have our daily morning and evening routines. They will ensure we will keep life balanced and have a lot of moments of peace that will help us see life for what it really is, magical and a lot bigger then our thoughts of worry…
