We all get 24 hours each day… and how you spend that 24 hours determines the quality of your life!
Do you spend your days repeating the same things? Waking up in the morning the same way you woke up yesterday, with the same thoughts and the same routines, same people and same places?
I would like to encourage you to think about your day. Your life consists of 28,825 days, if you live to be 80 years of age that is. Think about it… it’s not that many, right? I invite you to take some time off and think about your whole day.
1. how you start your day?
2. what you think about?
3, what do you do everyday?
4. who you spend your time with?
5. do you work on things that inspire you and motivate you?
6. what’s your environment like?
When we take time to contemplate on our days and eventually on our lives, we are quick to discover that we spend way to much time on things, circumstances and around people we don’t like. There’s always an option to change all of that, but we need to stop and really think about our life, our days and the way we spend them. Unless we become aware of time and that we are limited in some sense, we can’t appreciate the miracle of being alive and the ability to create our own way of living and spending that time. We tend to live some one else’s life…Don’t do it, for you will regret it!
Take the time to contemplate and then to create/schedule the day you want and go out and live it! Your time is limited!
